Step 2 - Do you qualify?

Cooperation: My spouse and I will work together, start to finish, throughout the GDC self-managed process. We will be transparent, truthful and provide open communication with each other.

Self-Represented: Neither my spouse nor I are currently represented by an attorney regarding this divorce. We understand that the GDC Portal is designed to be a self-represented divorce process throughout. The GDC Portal user interface (and its agents) are only responsive to GDC clients.

Refund Policy: We understand there will be no refunds with this level of service if we fail to complete this self-represented process, for any reason whatsoever, including reconciliation. Any errors or failures on the part of the GDC Portal to perform as stated will be corrected by GDC without cost to the client, or a full refund will be issued to the client by GDC.

Timeliness & County Restrictions: We agree to complete the GDC self-managed portal process within a 12-month time-period from the date of purchase. We have reviewed the list of counties available for the DIY Divorce process, and we confirm that we live in a county the GDC portal serves.
