The GDC Assisted Divorce phone consultation appointment will last anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes. The consultation time is utilized for any questions you and your spouse may have, but it will primarily be used by a GDC agent to ascertain case-specific details to help us determine if the couple is suited for this level of service with GDC. Not all cases or individuals qualify for the GDC Assisted Divorce service. At the conclusion of the consultation, your agent will inform you whether GDC Assisted Divorce can be offered.
Assisted Divorce clients are charged a flat fee to process their dissolution; however, fees are determined on a sliding scale based on case complexity. Your flat-fee quote will be determined and offered at the end of the phone consultation.
Please be aware that GDC Assisted Divorce availability is limited, and our caseload may reach capacity at times. If services are unavailable when your request is received, you will be notified by email.
The GDC DIY Service remains available at all times and has unlimited caseload capacity.
